Scandinavia

Since I'd already been to Denmark and Sweden, Norway completes the set. It was a great trip which ended on Monday when I got home to jet lag and laundry after a one-day stop in Iceland. Back to my desk at home and gorgeous weather in Seattle (81 today). I expect to be on the road or in the air again soon.

From Flåm to Oslo

Yesterday we spent 7 hours on trains getting from Flam back to Oslo. It was a comfy if long journey through some spectacular scenery.

Same waterfall as on the way in; this time I was able to capture the dancing Norwegian sprite. We wondered how much the tourist board pays this girl and hoped it was a lot.
