On Friday, one of my mom's many cousins in town took me to a farmers' market on the outskirts of town along Beira Lake. It was a really pleasant spot with tents filled with some fruit, but mostly very pretty tropical plants. After looking at the plants, we walked over to the nearby Water's Edge hotel and had a snack.
