Amago restaurant: the best, most innovative, most exciting meal I've ever had.
I wish I had taken notes on the menu. There was 1 seating, 1 table, 10 guests, 2 chefs (Marta and Andre... no sous chefs, no assistants, no servers), and about 12 courses, each one as crazy-delicious as the next.
